About this notice

This notice covers the Pania public website and inquiries sent through its contact links. “Pania,” “we,” and “us” refer to Pania, which operates this website. Questions can be directed to hello@pania.ai.

A company agent deployment may process different information. Its customer agreement and deployment-specific privacy documentation must describe that processing before company systems are connected.

Information involved in a visit

• Technical requests. Delivering a website requires request information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time. Hosting and security providers may process that information to deliver and protect the site.
• Messages you choose to send. Contact links open your email application. If you send an email, the recipient receives your email address, message, and any attachments or details you include. Clicking a contact link does not itself submit a message.

Cookies, analytics, and device access

The current application code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, include advertising pixels, or save visitor activity in local storage. Infrastructure providers may use security mechanisms under their own policies.

Visiting this website does not grant Pania access to your email, calendar, microphone, screen, location, or company applications. The website does not request those permissions.

Why information is used

Website request information supports delivery, security, and troubleshooting. Information in an inquiry is used to respond to that inquiry and discuss the requested work. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis depends on the activity: steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in operating a secure website and responding to inquiries, legal obligations, or consent where required.

Service providers and sharing

The website is hosted on Vercel. Information involved in website delivery is subject to the applicable hosting arrangements; see Vercel’s Privacy Notice for information about its own processing. Email communications also involve the email providers used by the sender and recipient.

Information may need to be disclosed to service providers supporting these activities, to comply with applicable legal requirements, or to protect the security of the website. The website has no advertising or AI-training integration.

Retention and international processing

The website does not save visitor activity in browser storage. Technical-log retention depends on the hosting provider and configured service settings. We retain inquiries for the time needed to handle the request, support any resulting business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Hosting and communication providers may process information in countries other than yours. Applicable transfer arrangements and safeguards depend on the operator’s location, the providers engaged, and the laws that apply.

Your choices and requests

You can read the public website without submitting personal information. Avoid sending confidential company data, passwords, or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of, or restrict processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to object to processing or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. To make a request, contact hello@pania.ai. Verification of identity may be needed to protect your information. You may also be entitled to contact your local data protection authority.

This notice will be updated if the website’s data practices change. The version date will identify the latest revision. Product-specific processing requires its own appropriate documentation.
