Terms of Service
The terms for exploring Pania, learning about the product, and starting a conversation with us.
Last updated: 8 September 2026
Scope and operator
These terms concern the public website at pania.ai and its product descriptions. “Pania,” “we,” and “us” refer to Pania, which operates this website. Contact: hello@pania.ai.
A paid engagement, company agent deployment, or employee assistant is governed by a separate written agreement with the customer. Visiting this website or reading its product descriptions does not create a subscription, authorize access to company systems, or commit either party to a project.
Website and product descriptions
The website introduces Pania’s approach to building a company agent operating system and personal assistants for employees. The website does not run a connected company agent, send messages, create tasks in external tools, or process your company’s information.
Illustrations describe possible workflows. Actual availability, supported integrations, permissions, deliverables, pricing, and timelines must be agreed for a specific engagement.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, or use the website to impersonate another person. Do not send us information you are not authorized to share.
When contacting Pania on behalf of an organization, you should have permission to make that inquiry. A contact email does not authorize Pania to act in that organization’s systems.
Content and intellectual property
Website content, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the public website for personal or internal business evaluation. Other uses remain subject to applicable permissions and licenses. Third-party components and materials remain subject to their respective licenses and rights.
You retain rights in material you send in an inquiry. Providing that material permits it to be used as needed to review and respond to the inquiry; it does not transfer ownership.
AI assistance and human review
Any future company deployment should define its authorized tools, action permissions, data access, and review requirements in the customer agreement. AI-generated work can be incomplete or incorrect. People responsible for a workflow should review outputs and consequential actions before relying on them. The website’s examples are not professional, legal, financial, or other regulated advice.
Availability and responsibility
The public website may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided without a guarantee that every illustration will fit a particular business or that access will be uninterrupted.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These website terms do not replace or limit commitments made in a signed customer agreement.
Privacy and external services
The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled on the public website. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Opening an email link uses your chosen email application.
Changes and questions
The website and these terms may be revised. Updates will be shown with a revised date and apply prospectively as permitted by law. For questions about website use or to discuss a company deployment, email hello@pania.ai.
